We will be going to pick fresh strawberries this weekend.
1/2 cup Pecans chopped
3 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons Olive oil
6 cups Mixed salad greens
2 cups Fresh strawberries sliced
8 ounces Blue cheese crumbled
1/2 cup Red onion diced
Place the pecans in a skillet over medium heat. Toss frequently
and toast until lightly browned. In a bowl toss the pecans, greens,
strawberries, blue cheese and onion. For the dressing whisk
together the vinegars and olive oil.
