Blueberry Cheese Bars
l pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie; l8 oz.roll and room temp.
8 oz cream cheese; softened
l/4 c. sugar
l/2 tsp. lemon rind; grated
l l/2 cups blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350. Press dough evenly in a greased l3 x 9 pan.
Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, and lemon rind in a medium size bowl
with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture over
cookie dough. Dollop blueberry pie filling on the cheese; swirl
with a knife. Bake Bake for 35 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Cut
into bars. Refrigerate
