Botok Sembukan Recipe (yummy)

Material
100 gr sembukan leaves, cut into rough siangi
300 gr grated coconut medium
Cayenne pepper to taste
500 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons finely mashed rotten tempeh
banana leaves to taste

Spices
6 shallot
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons kencur
3 pcs cayenne pepper or to taste
sugar and salt to taste

How to make

  1. Mix the grated coconut and 100 ml of coconut water, set aside
  2. Knead sembukan leaves with the remaining coconut milk, until slightly wilted, wash and drain
  3. Mix the ground spices and tempeh foul until blended, mix with the grated coconut, mix well, add sembukan leaf, stir well
  4. Take 1 sheet of banana leaf, place 2 tablespoons of mixture on top sembukan
  5. Add cayenne pepper to taste
  6. Wrap and pinned by a stick
