bourbon chicken

I ate some of this at the golden corral, and it was so good got the recipe off the net,made it…it was awful…the chicken was dry and there was some taste I didn’t like so wondered if maybe you had a good recipe for it…

the recipe I have is for 1lb of chicken and is similar to yours, but you bake for 1 hour at 350 and then put in wine and put it all on the stove and cook for another 5 minutes…I let it sit over night,but maybe the 350 was just too, high,plus I made a double batch of everything and this one called for soy sauce so doubled it was one cup…bet that was the taste I did not like
