Last night we had:
Bourbon Glazed Chicken and Peaches
1/3 c. bourbon
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3/4" thick)
2 peaches, halved and pitted
Combine first 7 ingredients, add chicken and peaches and toss well to coat.
Grill chicken and peaches on grill pan, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a small pan and bring to a boil. Spoon over chicken and peaches when ready to serve.
This can also be made with pork chops.

2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove minced
