Boursin
3 oz pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp dried thyme, tarragon or dill
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel or juice
Pepper
Combine all ingredients and blend till smooth. Spread on crackers or stuff into mushrooms.
