Now that spring is FINALLY here - it’s time to dig out those recipes for when friends drop by. This is nice to prepare on the grill using your cast iron pans.

15-20 of your favorite brats
¼ c. melted butter
1 27 oz can sauerkraut
2 chopped green peppers
2 chopped onions
2 cans beer

Brown brats over direct heat. Place in an aluminum drip pan and simmer in
the brine mixture for 45 minutes to an hour.

Serve on hoagie rolls.

Makes 15-20 servings.
