Bread Pudding

8 slices bread
4 eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) margarine, melted


Place bread in a slow cooker. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon and margarine together; pour over bread. Cover, and cook on high setting for 1 hour. Turn heat to low and cook for another 3 hours.
