boil 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli covered in water (you can use the stem just peel and chop) I cook mine until fork tender but it depends on your desire of how you like them cooked
drain off water
place back on the burner on low heat
add one can of cambells cheese, soup-stir to this add enough milk to cover broccoli heat until it starts to bubble
to this slowly add 2 cups of extra sharp cheddar-stir while adding cheese so it creams. The sharpest cheddar is the best…and the more you add the cheesier it is. Vermont sharp cheddar is the best.
This is everyones favorite and so easy to make.
