Broccoli Muenster Bake
1 10 oz pkg. frozen cut broccoli or 1 lb of fresh broccoli washed and cut into small pieces
4 oz muenster cheese cut into cubes
2 T low fat mayo
1 T minced onion flakes
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 T skim milk
Cook broccoli according to package if frozen or for 2 minutes in the
microwave if fresh. Just cook it till tender crisp. Drain off any water.
Preheat oven to 350.
While broccoli is cooking combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in cooked broccoli.Place mixture in a 1 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a non stick spray. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
