BROCCOLI SALAD

BROCCOLI SALAD

Ingredients:

1 C. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
2 T. granulated sugar
1 head broccoli, chopped fine
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/3 head cauliflower, chopped
1 1/2 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped carrots
1 C. cooked frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 C. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise
mixture; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serves 6.

Per serving: 471 calories, 42 g fat, 49 mg cholesterol,
12 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 15 g protein, 757 mg sodium.

With light mayonnaise, 344 calories, 25 g fat
