Broiled Ranch Chicken
1 1-oz package Ranch Dressing Mix
2 T Olive Oil
1 T Vinegar
1 lb Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
In a large plastic bag, combine Dressing Mix, Oil and Vinegar. Add Chicken; shake, working mixture into the meat. Marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan and rack with non-stick vegetable spray. Arrange Chicken Breasts on broiler rack. Broil for 14 minutes, turning once. Test for doneness.
Serves 4.
