2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 (12 oz) bottle or can of beer
1 Tbsp chopped chives
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp basil
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
Marinate shrimp in the ingredients at least 8 hours in the refrigerator, stirring frequently. Drain.
Place shrimp in a preheated broiler pan 3 inches from source of heat and broil 5 minutes, turning once.
