Bubble and Squeak on Toasted English Muffins

2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
1 cup cooked ground beef
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup green vegetables, such as cooked cabbage or green peas
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 English muffins, split and toasted

In large skillet heat butter or oil.

Add meat, potatoes and vegetable. Add garlic and onion powders.

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes until contents in skillet began to bubble and squeak; sprinkle with black pepper and salt.

Serve over English muffins.
