Buffalo Wings

1/4 cup of butter & hot sauce ( I use Franks red hot sauce)
dash of pepper & garlic powder
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 tsp. of paprika, cayenne pepper & salt

Cut wing tips off the wings and discard. Cut the wing at the joint so that you have 2 pieces.

Combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper & salt in a plastic bag and coat wings completely. Put the wings in the refrigerator for at least 60-90 minutes.

Fry the wings in a deep fryer for 10-15 minutes. Remove to drain on paper towels.

Combine butter, hot sauce, pepper & garlic powder, in a large bowl and heat until the butter is melted. Toss the chicken wings with the sauce to coat completely.

Enjoy!!!
