Buffet Ham With Apricot Glaze

BUFFET HAM WITH APRICOT GLAZE

8 oz. dried apricots, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. apple cider
6 T. light brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. allspice
1/8 t. cloves
1 canned ham (about 3 lbs.), sliced and tied

Place apricots in bowl; pour apple cider over; cover; refrigerate overnight.
Puree apricot mixture in blender or force through a food mill. Stir in brown sugar and spices.
Remove excess gelled substance from ham. Set ham on rack in crockpot. Spread apricot mixture over ham.
Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
