Buffet Hot Dogs in Bourbon

3/4 cup of bourbon
2 lbs. hot dog’s
1 (14-oz) bottle catsup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary

Combine all ingredients in oven proof dish. Bake for 1 hour uncovered in a 305* oven. Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks for a hardy cocktail buffet.
