Bug Juice Chicken

BUG JUICE CHICKEN

SERVES 4

1 cut-up fryer or boneless, skinless pieces (breasts, thighs)
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. onion powder
1/4 t. ginger

Cooked noodles for 4

Place chicken skin side down (if using chicken with skin) in baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken; turn to coat.

Bake 375* F. 75 minutes, basting twice.

Remove to platter. Add cooked noodles into sauce in baking pan; mix well and transfer to platter.

This goes good with Chinese pea pods.
