1 lb. beef chuck, boneless, cut into pieces
1/4 lb. lamb shoulder, boneless, cut into pieces
1 beef soup bone, cracked
1 lb. chicken breast, legs or thighs
1 1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1 1/3 c. frozen lima beans
1 c. diced potato
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced carrot
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/8 t. cayenne
2 c. water
1 c. sliced okra
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can (19 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Place meat, soup bone and chicken into a large crockpot. Add potato, onion, carrot, salt, peppers and water. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. Add corn, limas, okra, green pepper, tomatoes and garlic; stir. Cover and cook on LOW 1 to 2 hours.
