Busy Day Baked Fish

1 c. sour cream 2 T. dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs 2 1/2 lbs. frozen or fresh fish fillets 1/4 c. melted butter 1/3 c. shredded parmesean cheese
In a shallow bowl combine sour cream and soup mix. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Coat with sour cream mixture, then roll in crumbs. Place in 2 greased 13x9 inch pans drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese bake 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
This recipe would also work well with boneless chicken breast or pork chops. Just bake about 35 to 45 minutes for these.
