Butter Crunch Pie Crust

Oven: 400
15 Minutes

1 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c cold butter

Mix flour, sugar and nuts. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until the texture of coarse crumbs. Spread in a 9x13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir with a spoon. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping if desired and immediately press the remaining into a 9” pie plate. Cool. Makes 1 pie crust.
