Butter Pecan Pancakes


2 cups Bisquick mix
1 cup International Delight Southern Butter Pecan creamer
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
2 Tbsp butter
Syrup (optional)


Combine Bisquick, creamer, eggs and 1 cup pecans. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into pan or griddle heated with butter. Cook until edges are brown. Flip over and cook until golden brown.
Top with syrup, and additional chopped pecans.

Makes 10 pancakes

Tips: Try using various creamer flavors for a variety of tastes.
