Butter Pecan Pound Cake
Butter pecan cake mix (Betty Crocker)
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 cup water
1 can coconut and pecan frosting (canned frosting)
or: Use a Buttercreme Frosting and sprinkle with chopped pecans
Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer.
Blend in frosting.
Test donesness with toothpick. It should come out dry.
Bake at 325 deg. for 1 hour
