Buttered Biscuits

BUTTERED BISCUIT

2 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz) ctn sour cream

Mix all together and place into a buttered mini muffin tin. Bake for 10-15 minutes @400 degrees. Don’t need to be buttered. These freeze well and reheat easily in the microwave (approx 15 seconds thawed and 30 seconds frozen). Makes about 1 1/2 dozen minis or 6 regular biscuits.
