Butterscotch Ambrosia

1 package sugar free instant butterscotch pudding
1/3 cup dry milk powder
1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup cool whip Lite®
2 medium bananas, sliced
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons chopped pecans

In large bowl, combine dry pudding, milk powder, undrained pineapple and water. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in yogurt and cool whip. Add bananas, marshmallows and pecans. Mix gently to combine. Evenly spoon mix into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Hint: to prevent bananas from browning, mix with 1 tsp. lemon juice.
