Butterscotch Bars

4 eggs
l (l6 oz) pkg. brown sugar
2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
l (6 oz) pkg. butterscotch morsels
l tsp. vanilla extract

In a bowl beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until
frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add remaining
ingredients, stirring to mix well. Spread the batter in a greased
and floured l3 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Cool and cut
into bars.

Approx. 4 doz. bars
