Butterscotch Pudding Cake

1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (two layer cake mix)
1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
1 c. cold water
4 eggs
1/2 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. cooking oil

Beat cake mix, pudding, water and oil for 2 minutes. Add 1 egg at a time. Pour 2/3 of batter in greased pan. Mix remaining batter with chocolate syrup. Pour over first mixture, swirl knife through. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
