Butterscotch Spice Cookies (cake mix)
l pkg. spice cake mix
l/2 c. vegetable oil
l tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
l c. butterscotch chips
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla in larage bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in buttercotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to l0 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely.
