Caesar Dressing (eggless and anchovyless, for the faint-of-heart)

4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
