Cajun Fries

2 8-oz each Russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning (2 to 3)

Cut potatoes into french fry shapes, coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning; toss and place on nonstick baking sheet. Roast 15 to 25 minutes in preheated 425-degree oven, or until golden brown and tender.

These sound great…think I am going to do these for the BBQ. Usually I throw the frys into a foil packet with garlic and toss them on the grill, but I have never tried them with cajun spice. I am sure they will be a winner!
