Cajun Pepper Steak

1-1/2 lb. sirloin beef tips
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 medium red bell pepper or green if desired, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth
1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes undrained
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water

Sprinkle beef tips with Cajun seasoning. Cook beef tips in hot oil in a large skillet for 10 minutes or until browned.
add Bell pepper, onion and garlic; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in broth and nest 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil reduce the heat cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir the cornstarch ans water until smooth, stir into meat juices. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened.

Serve with Whipped mashed potatoes or rice and green beans. Or veggies of your choice.
