I need the receipe for the elephant bar calamari, anyone?

make calamari
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup corn flour
2 egg
2cup breadcrum
spuid slice
you mix all of flour , add spuid into , after egg , next add breadcrum and deep frie

Everytime I make calamari, it always comes out rubbery. Is there a surefire way not to overcook it?

Cook calamari for half the time you think is necessary. When I boil it for Thai Spicy Squid Salad I only cook have it in the boiling water for about 30 - 45 seconds. It’s never overcooked and rubbery.
