hi everyone,

i’m looking for the campbell’s shrimp mould recipe. it has shrimp, celery, mayo, gelatin as well as a can of tomato soup. does anyone have it?

Tomato Shrimp Mold with Almonds

1 very sm. grated onion (not chopped)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 green pepper
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp or crab

Combine vinegar, cream cheese, soup and 1/2 cup water in blender. Stir gradually into mayonnaise, beginning with small portions. Warm a cup of this mix, to which you add softened gelatin. Gradually combine everything but shrimp. Line bottom of 9 inch square cake pan with shrimp. Cover with mix which has been chilled until almost jelled. Makes 9 large servings. .

Seashore Salad

2 envelopes unflavored gelatine 2 c. cold water 1 can campbel’s tomato soup 1 T. lemon juice 1 ( 8 oz. )pkg. cream chese softened 1 cup diced cooked shrimp 1/2 cup chopped celery 2 T. chopped green onion

In saucepan sprinkle gelatine on cold water to soften. Place over low heat, stirring gelatine until dissolved. Remove from heat, gradually stir in soup and lemon juice. Stir in cream cheese until smooth Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaf.

Hope this is what you are looking for. I have a 1974 Campbell’s Cooking with Soup book and this one was the closest to what you described.
