Purchased a beautiful (but fairly small–only 4 ribs) prime rib to roast for a late holiday celebration with my sis and her significant other. Just purchased yesterday and seasoned it overnight. They were supposed to be up later today. Got a call saying a death in S.O. family and they will not be up till this weekend. Can I freeze the seasoned roast without problems? TIA for any information you can share!
