CANDY CANE COCOA
MAKES FOUR 1-CUP SERVINGS
4 c. fat free milk
½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 chocolate mint candy canes, crushed
1 can aerosol whipped cream
4 chocolate mint candy canes
Heat milk in large saucepan over medium heat, just to simmer. Add chocolate chips and crushed candy canes; whisk until chips and candy are melted. Pour hot cocoa into 4 mugs. Garnish with whipped topping. Serve immediately with a candy for a stirring stick.
I like to melt chocolate and add peppermint flavoring to it - dip mt candy canes and allow to dry on waxed paper. A nice treat!
