I need help, no kidding.
I have read the recent posts on the ‘apple pie’ filling … and maybe someone had this happen to their ‘canning experience’ Pie filling oozing out of the jars after taking them out of the canner!! ( 2 jars were OK, no oozing of the filling, and 6 sealed dispite this). This is my first time with this filling stuff and can’t figure out what I did wrong. are you suppose to give the caps a bit more tightening or what is the secret?
