Canning Banana Peppers

I love banana pepper rings… I buy them all the time from the store. What I would like to know is how do I can them so they look and taste exactly like the ones in the store. Yes, i know they use things we wouldn’t or don’t have access to… but I mean as close as I can get.

I have seen alot of recipes out there, but none taste like them, and when looking at the jar - they really don’t look like the store ones…

I agree, been looking for the same thing. Planted banana peppers this year and now I have a ton of banana peppers and haven’t a clue how to make those kind in the jar or like Subway uses…did you ever get an answer to this question? (New to this forum and not real sure how it works or if you got any responses)
