Cape Cod Cranberry Bundt Cake

1 cup Olive Oil, plus some for oiling the pan
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup fresh, frozen or dried cranberries
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs using an electric mixer until foamy. Add sugar, and continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in olive oil. In a small bowl combine baking soda and buttermilk. Alternately beat the flour and the buttermilk mixture into the egg mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into a 9 inch tube or bundt cake pan, lightly oiled with olive oil and floured. Bake for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
