Cappuccino

For a non-dairy alternative, use soy milk instead of skim milk.
For a frozen version, add 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes, 1 cup (240 ml) cold milk
and increase coffee to 2 teaspoons. Blend on High for 30 seconds.

1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon instant coffee
3/4 cup (180 ml) skim milk, hot
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
sugar to taste, (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix
    container in the order listed and secure lid.

  2. Select Variable 1.

  3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed
    to Variable 10, then to High.

  4. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until desired
    consistency is reached.

Chef…I do not have a Vitamix blender, but I have a Kitchen Aid mixer that is powerful. Would that work?

A regular blender or food processor should work. The only thing many blenders have trouble with is the ice cubes, if you use them in this recipe. You might have to crush the ice a little first before adding it.
