Caraway Red Cabbage

2/3 cup blanched whole almonds, toasted
One (8 ounce) package semisweet baking chocolate
1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine
1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup egg substitute

In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add water, vinegar, caraway seeds, salt and cabbage. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sugar substitute.
