Carrot Cake

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cups oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Beat together the eggs, sugar and oil. Combine the flour,baking soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon and add to the sugar mixture and beat well. Stir in the carrots and nuts.

Pour into a greased and floured Bread 'n Cake pan. Cover and place in the slow cooker. cover bake on High for 2 1/2 to 4 hours
