Catalina Cranberry Chicken

1 chicken fryer cut into parts (approx. 3 lbs)
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Mix soup mix, salad dressing and cranberries in bowl. Lay chicken flat in baking pan and pour mix over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
