[b]3c skinned, shredded roasted chicken breast
3c hot penne pasta (6oz uncooked)
2c thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 1/2c halved cherry tomatoes
1/2c chopped green onions
1/2c thinly sliced fresh basil
1/3c fat-free Ceasar dressing
1/4c chopped fresh parsley
1 (4oz) package crumbled feta cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well to coat.
Note: to lower sodium content, use plain cooked chicken instead of commercial roasted varieties.
