ceasar salad dressing

A few months ago a ceasar salad dressing recipe was sent,I think it was a copy cat receipe from Outback,can anyone help?

Thank you so much for the recipe, I’ll be sure to try it… I’m also looking for Carrabbas Ceasar Dressing recipe if you ever have a copy. That’s my absolute favorite!

Outback’s Caesar Dressing

3 cups olive oil
6 large eggs
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt, pepper,dry mustard &,anchovie filets to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on low for 20 seconds to incorporate oil.
Blend on high for 20 more seconds to mix thoroughly.
Place in covered container, and refrigerate.

I was planning on making salad tomorrow for dinner and this dressing will be perfect, Thanks alot !

I have been searching for salad dressing recipes that are heart healthy but do not require the sacrifice of good taste. I was beginning to wonder if I am expecting too much. I love the recipe posted. Thanks for sharing. I will keep checking for other suggestions.
