1 c Cold cooked oatmeal or farina
1 c Flour
2 Eggs; separated
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add egg yolks, milk and cold cereal, beating well to get rid of the lumps. Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth
and fold them gently into the batter. Cook at once in hot, greased waffle irons. Serve with butter and syrup or honey.
