1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese, soften
2 green onions with tops minced
Snack rye bread or English muffins, bagels
stuffed olives, sliced
In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Spread on bread, place on baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from heat until golden brown and bubbly, about 1-2 minutes, garnish with olives. Serve immediately.
This is very good I found this recipe in a cookbook did not change a thing as it is so good like it is. I served at a family night supper at our church last year. I got this recipe out of Taste of Home magazine don’t know what year it was either just know it is very good.
