1 8 oz Package Cream Cheese
3 Tblsp Sweet Relish, chopped fine
1/3 Cup Pecan, finely chopped
5 Ounce Blue Cheese Spread,dressing,or cheese
2 Tblsp Onion , minced
Blend cheeses, add relish and onion. Shape into 10" x 2" roll; wrap in waxed paper. Chill 3- 4 hours. Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers.
