Cheesecake Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie Squares
2 pkg. refrigerated slice and bake choc. chip cookies
2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Slice 1 pkg. of choc. chips cookies and place on the bottom of a cookie sheet.
Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla pour over. Slice the other roll of cookies and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hr.
Let cool a bit and then refrigerate.
