Cheesecake Topped Brownies

1[21.5 ounce] package fudge brownie mix
1[8 0z.] package cream cheese
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 tablespoon corn starch
1[14 oz] can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ready to Spread Chocolate Icing [optional]

Preheat oven to 350 f. Prepare brownie mix as package
directs. Spread into well greased pan 13+9-inch pan. In
small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine, and corn starch
until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk,
than egg, and vanilla till smooth. Pour evenly over brownie
batter. Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly brown. Cool.
Spread frosting if wanted. Cut into bars and store in
refrigerator.
