Cheesy Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

3 c cooked chicken, chopped
10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
6 oz package chicken stuffing mix
8 oz sour cream
2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 rib celery, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c butter, melted
1 T dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1 c of Mozzarella cheese and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole, and bake for an additional 5 - 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
